SPENCER - Everett L. Little, 91, of Spencer died June 26, 1997, in Roane General Hospital after a long illness.
He was a farmer, a former miner, a former employee of the West Virginia Department of Highways, a former employee of Spencer Hospital and an Army veteran of World War II.
Surviving: sons, James of Ashland, Ky., Gerald of Marietta, Ohio, Fred, Commodore, Joe, Robert "Bub" and David, all of Grantsville, Harlan "Blackie" and Harley "Whitey" both of Spencer; daughters, Mae Lowe of Reedy, Hattie "Sissy" Starcher of Orma; brother, Fred of Ohio; 21 grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
Service will be 2 p.m. Saturday at John H. Taylor Funeral Home, Spencer, with the Rev. Carl R. Marks officiating. Burial will be in Hur Cemetery. Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.
