Averal Burdette
Averal L Burdett, 80, of Clendenin Rt 2, died Thursday at home. He was a former laundry operator.
Survivors: wife, Lillie Mae; daughters, Mrs Tressie Smith of Clendenin Rt 2, Mrs Non Smith, Mrs Kathleen Young and Mrs Maxine Arthur of Charleston; brothers, Cecil of Romance and Shelby of Clearwater, Fla.
The funeral will be sunday at 10 a.m. at the Clendenin Advent Christian Church with the Rev. Dayton Reynolds officiating. Burial will be in Pleasant Grove Cemetery at Romance.
Friends may call at the Knight and Young Funeral Home, Clendenin.
