George W Boggess, 81, Retired Miner, Is Dead
George Washington Boggess, 81, of Chesapeake, died yesterday at home. He was a retired miner.
Surviving are his wife, Blanche, two sons, Carskall of Chesapeake, and E.S.. Boggess of Webster Springs; one Step-son Clark Sarver of Greensboro, NC; four daughters, Mrs WM Clerc and Mrs WB Custer, both of Montgomer, and Mrs William Duffield and Mrs Hobart Firlds, both of Chesapeake, five brothers, Park of Ohio, Bridge and Simon Boggess of Dunbar, John of Scott Depot, and Walk Boggess of Soldier, KY; one sister Mrs Line Fisher of Mammoth, 11 grandchildren and one great grandchild.
Service will be at Eskdale Baptist Church at 2 pm tomorrow, Rev HE Crowder will officiate. Burial will be in Red Warrior Cemetery. The body will be taken home from Pryor Mortuary at East Bank.
