  Notes	Hazel Minnie Baker, 78, of Leon, WV, departed this life, October 30, 1999 at Eldercare of Ripley following a brief illness. She was born October 5, 1921 at Rockcastle, WV a daughter of the late Holly P. and Lucy Mary (Casto) Stover. She was a homemaker and attended the Creston United Methodist Church near Evans. Survivors include her husband of 60 years, William H. Baker; sons, Denver Dwight Baker of Leon, Charles Harold Baker of Hohenwald, TN and Fred Eugene Baker of Point Pleasant; daughters, Grace Marie Combs of Cottageville, Belva Jane Fauver of Point Pleasant, Maxine Dorothy Smith of Mount Alto and Charlene Ann Thompson of South Point, OH; brother, Russell Stover of Bedford, OH; sisters, Belle Raines of Kent, OH, Thelma Snyder of Winter Haven, FL, Betty Merical of Millwood, Mary Depue of Evans, Agnes White and Carolyn Boggess both of Kenna; 13 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a brother, Edgar J. Stover and a sister, Louise Easter. Service will be Tuesday, November 2, 1999--2 pm at Casto Funeral Home, Evans, WV with the Rev. Phillip Scarberry officiating. Burial will follow in the Creston Cemetery. Visitation 2-4 and 7-9 Monday at the funeral home.
