  Notes	The Times Record May 13, 2010 Macie Mace Macie Mace, 76, of Crystal Lake, Ill., died Tuesday, May 4, 2010 at her home. She was born at Advent, a daughter of the late Sherman and Dortha Brown Randolph. In 1953, she married Keith Mace at her parents’ home in Gandeeville. She worked at Lutheran Home for the Aged in Arlington Heights, Ill., for 37 years until her retirement in 2008. She was a member of St. Paul’s United Church of Christ in Crystal Lake for 26 years and was a past committee member of Grafton Township. She was a Chicago Bears fan. Her interests included crafts, hiking, traveling, spending time at a cabin in Hayward, Wis., practical jokes and spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She is survived by sons, Douglas Mace, Larry Mace and Andrew Mace; daughters, Deborah Canalini, Tammie Oomens, Cynthia Strudeman and Macie Jean Nulle; her siblings, Charles Randolph, Guy Randolph of Spencer, Bessie Wilson of Spencer, Paul Randolph of Spencer, Donald Randolph of Gandeeville, Kenneth Randolph, Robert Randolph, Barbara Baumgartner and Martha Jane Alfoldi. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband; her stepdaughter, Carole Mace Maupin; and two granddaughters. Service was Friday at St. Paul’s United Church of Christ, Crystal Lake. Burial was in Windridge Memorial Park, Cary, Ill. Memorial donations may be made to St. Paul’s United Church of Christ, 485 W.
