He is survived by his wife, Bonnie Eads Arthur; daughter, Jeanette and husband, Scott Williams, of Marietta; son, Martin and wife, Betsy Arthur, of Dayton; son, Philip G. Arthur & Maria Huffman of Hurricane, W.Va.; sister, Ruth and husband, Bud Casto of Hometown, W.Va.; sister, Mary Lou and husband, Larry Cottrill of Poca; twin sister, Linda and husband, Bill Harmon, of Red House, W.Va.; brothers, Roosevelt & wife, Ruth Arthur, of Poca, Neely and wife, Carol Arthur of Poca; 10 grandchildren, Christy Arthur of New York, Emily, Ashley, Kyle and Sarah Jean Williams of Marietta, Jonathan and Laura McCord of Dayton, Billy Mullenex, Jessica & Josh Huffman of Hurricane.
Funeral service will be Thursday, Jan. 8, at 11 a.m. at Gatens Funeral Home, Poca with the Rev. Jeff Arthur officiating. Burial will follow at the Haven of Rest Memorial Gardens, Red House.
