Lola Belle Randolph, 81, of Ravenswood, WV, passed away on December 22, 2015, at Eldercare of Ripley, WV.
She was born on May 6, 1934, in Ripley, WV, daughter of the late Charles Walter and Maple Norine Hoge Jewell.
She had been a member of 4-H all her life. She was a leader of the Murraysville Mountaineers which she founded in 1973. She has ben a member of Coleman Chapel in Murraysville, and church treasurer for many years. She was a member of the R. Douglass Chapter #15 in Ravenswood and served as their treasurer. She was a volunteer tax preparer through AARP, and member of the Murraysville Community Education Outreach Services (Ceos0 and served on the Jackson County Fair Board as Secretary for many years.
She is survived by her husband of 61 years, Everett Randolph; sister, Marie DeLoong, Ravenswood, WV; brothers, James (Eleanor) Jewell, Ripley WV; Fred Jewell, Ravenswood; and William Jewell, Ripley; several nieces and nephews; and many cousins.
She was predeced in death by her parents.
Eastern Star Service will be held on Saturday at 7 p.m. at the funeral home. Funeral Services will be held on Sunday, December 27, 2015, at 2:00 pm at Roush Funeral Home in Ravenswood with Reverend Michael Curtis and Reverend Lee Randolph officiating. Burial will follow in Ravenswood Cemetery.
Friends may visit the family at the funeral home on Saturday, December 26 frp, 2:00 pm to 9pm, and one hour prior to the service on Sunday.
