Arthur C. Parsons
Mr. Arthur C. Parsons, 81, of Poca, passed away Feb. 24, 2007, in St. Mary's Hospital.
Mr. Parsons was a 40-year employee of West Virginia Tractor and Equipment Company in Charleston.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Joyce M. Parsons; parents, John and Georgia Parsons; five sisters; and three brothers.
He is survived by five children, Lana Wheeler of Lexington, Va., Brenda Thompson of Hometown, Rita Lothes of Poca, Steve Parsons of Red House and Tim Parsons of Red House; one brother, Cecil Parsons of Red House; nine grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
A tribute to the life of Arthur C. Parsons will be 1 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 27, 2007, at Gatens-Harding Funeral Home Chapel with Carl "Mick" Bailes and Pastor Kenneth Peters officiating. Burial will follow in Buffalo Memorial Park.
Friends may call 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
