February the 25, 1841, an Article of an agreement made and agreed to by NOAH LYON of the one part and PETER LYON of the other part all of Richhill Township Greene County Pennsylvania, the said Noah LYON doth bargain and sell to the said Peter LYON a sertain tract of land lying and being in Richhill township Greene County Pennsylvania, bounded as follows: BOUNDED by the land of John McGLUMPHY on the East by land of Amos PAYNE on the South by land of Jesse PETTIT on the North by land of Charles BOND. . . .whereof the said Peter LYON doth bind himself his attorney executors or administrators or assigns to keep the said Noah LYON and his wife Elizabeth LYON in food and Rament and comfortable dwelling for durin life the said Peter LYON is to pay the balance of the money on the said land and is to have the deed maid in his name the said Peter LYON is to pay John LYON one hundred and fifty dollars when he is twenty one years of age and each one of the rest of the heirs which is six one hundred dollars each as they come of age.
