  Notes	From Twila Mitchell: Grandpa (Mycajah Morgan) said that his father married right after his own mother had died and that he did not get along with his stepmother. (He called her "Big Red" and my grandmother would chastise him for this.) He ran away from home at the tender age of 12 and if I recall correctly he lived with is Uncle (Was it Loren?) until he was 18 or so. He said that he always believed that his stepmom was jealous or didn't like him in some way and that she favored her own children.... I don't know how she felt about him. My grandpa could be cantankerous and was most likely a hard child to handle. He also had a very generous spirit and loved to laugh. He was Scots-Irish through and through... having what we called a "Campbell Temper"... actually, most of my line have a "Campbell Temper" (haha) By that -- I mean that it's really hard to get us angry.... but once you do.... we get loud and we have a hard time calming back down! (smile)
