  Notes	Katherine K. Whited - Charleston Daily Mail Katherine K. Whited, 85, of Cross Lanes died Sept. 14, 2004, at SunBridge Care and Rehabilitation Center for Putnam, Hurricane. She was born Aug. 1, 1919, in Mount Union, Pa., and was preceded in death by her husband, Herbert G. Whited; and brothers, Steve, Harold and Mike Kosa. She is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Michael and Karen Whited of Hurricane, Bill Whited and Lori Reeves-Whited of Pittsburgh, Pa.; sister, Helen Hester of Eleanor; two brothers, John and Oscar Kosa, both of Eleanor; two grandsons, Chad Whited of Lake Charles, La., Michael Reeves of Pittsburgh, Pa.; granddaughter, Brittany Whited of Hurricane. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Friday, Sept. 17, at Tyler Mountain Funeral Home, Cross Lanes, with the Rev. Jeff Nichols officiating. Burial will be in Tyler Mountain Memory Gardens, Cross Lanes. Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Tyler Mountain Funeral Home, 5233 Rocky Fork Road, Cross Lanes.
